Photo Submission Rules
Following are the rules for submitting a photograph for inclusion in the Mud Truck TV Online Photo Album. Submission of a photograph does not guarantee inclusion in the album. The selection of photographs for the Mud Truck TV Online Album will be made at the sole discretion of Mud Truck TV. Mud Truck TV reserves the right to accept or refuse any photograph for inclusion in online album for any reason at its sole discretion. All photographs will become the property of Mud Truck TV, it's partners or subsidiaries, and may be used in conjunction with the Mud Truck TV television show or other form of Mud Truck TV media without financial remuneration of any kind, whether or not they are included in the online album.
1. Photographs of any type of off-road truck or car etc. may be submitted. Photo MUST be related to Mud Racing and or Off-Road Truck Competition. Multiple vehicles etc. may be included in one picture.
2. Candid or professional photographs may be submitted under the following conditions:
* Digital, scanned, or other electronic images must be submitted by email to photo@mudtrucktv.net or on disc to the addresses listed on this site. Low-resolution electronic images might not be accepted;
* If a professional photograph is submitted, please also include evidence that the original photographer has authorized the use of that photograph for these purposes;
* Mud Truck TV will not pay a fee for the use of any photograph.
3. There is no limit to the number of photographs that may be submitted as long as there are no more than three images of the same vehicle(s).
4. Each photo submission MUST include additional information in a caption that can accompany each photograph with a maximum of 100 characters, including spaces. Such additional information could include:
Driver info. where and when the photo was taken, engine type or size, story about the photo, anything that the public may find interesting about the photo etc.
Advertising or other commercial offerings in a caption or photo are not acceptable.
6. In submitting any photo to Mud Truck TV, you are agreeing and confirming that you have the right and authorization to submit the photo and that the photo is not protected by copyright or any other type of protection that would prevent you from having the authority to submit said photo. Mud Truck TV and it's partners or subsidiaries may at anytime, now or in the future, use any photo in it's online album for promotional and / or commercial purposes, including advertisement, broadcast print, or any other form of media.
